Regarding the opening of new lines of business in India, "Metalwork" company opens recruitment for the position of Sales Manager. We need a person who is able to understand the specifics of mechanical engineering. You can have no exepirience in SALES don't worry, WE WILL TEACH YOU!

What is responsible for:

• Finding clients, making sales
• Exit to the decision maker
• Implementation of the sales plan

What actions does EMPLOY perform:

• Planning and coordination of the weekly and daily plan with the immediate supervisor
• Responds to incoming emails within an hour
• Answering incoming calls
• At least 200 minutes of cold calling per day
• Organization of virtual meetings with clients
• Presentation of the service and closing of deals
• Provides complete and timely reporting.

Working conditions:

• Country/Timezone : Indian working calendar, Indian time.
• Schedule 6/1 (weekends - Sunday).
• Working hours from 9:00 to 18:00 (Indian time), lunch break ~1 hour .
• Annual paid vacation 28 calendar days

Payroll IN PROBATION PERIOD IS:

Permanent part (the amount is 25 000 rupees.)

Variable portion ( Rs15000 for 80% plan completion, +Rs5000 for 100% plan completion, +Rs5000 for 120% plan completion, Rs4000 for every 10% plan completion thereafter). Average expected earnings: indicate the total amount (fix + bonus, Rs 40,000/ mo )

Salary after PROBATION PERIOD IS:

Fixed part (35,000 rupees)

Variable portion ( Rs15 000 for 80% plan completion, +Rs5000 for 100% plan completion, +Rs5000 for 120% plan completion, Rs4000 for every 10% plan completion thereafter).

Average expected earnings: indicate the total amount (fix + bonus, Rs 50,000/ month )
