The Autofreedom transport company is actively looking for proactive and goal-oriented candidates for the position of "Car Sales Manager". AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF SALES EXPERIENCE MUST!
We have been working on the automotive market of Ukraine, Poland and the USA for more than 5 years, we are accredited auction dealers. During this time, we have satisfied more than 1,000 customers with whom we have feedback and pleasant relations.
We take care of our customers by providing American reliability, guaranteed results and exclusively tested cars delivered by special sea vessel to the port of BREMERHAVEN, Germany.

We take care of all the trouble of selecting cars and motorbikes, boats, etc., delivery from the USA and Canada, registration in Ukraine, the USA and Poland. Currently, it is very important for us to find a specialist who will develop together with us and add regular satisfied customers to our company)

YOU ARE EXACTLY OUR CANDIDATE IF:

• you have 1 year of sales experience;
• you have the skills of negotiation processes and struggle with objections;
• you are sociable, you easily find a common language with people;
• knowledge of the automobile market will be a big plus;
• you know English B1 and above; you are responsible and self-confident.

WE OFFER:

• a decent level of salary (rate 3500 zl + bonus for each deal);
• work in an international company that officially operates in the USA, Poland and Ukraine;
• maximum support from the team in the first months of work;
• schedule: Mon.-Fri., from 09:00 p.m. to 17:00 a.m., Sat. from 11:00 to 15:00 time;
• the possibility of career growth to the KVP;
• work exclusively with a hot customer base.

DUTIES:

• processing of leads;
• calls with buyers (need detection);
• presentations in online format;
• objection processing;
• signing contracts;
• sale of cars;
• work in CRM and messengers;
• resolution of conflict situations.
