Requirements:

- Proficiency in English at a minimum level of B2.

- A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in either a call center or a quality control department.

- Demonstrated expertise in managing and analyzing reporting tables.

Responsibilities:

As a Quality Control Specialist at Realiste, you will be entrusted with the following tasks:

1. Reporting Management:

- Maintain and update reporting tables to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

2. Call Monitoring and Analysis:

- Engage in the attentive listening of calls in both Russian and English.

- Conduct in-depth analysis following provided scripts to ensure adherence to quality standards.
