clients to have convenient and transparent tools to navigate broad market of
available properties in 100s of cities, find best hidden gems in places they might
have limited knowledge of and be confident it is a good deal that fit their
investment strategy.

more than US$100 millions already and we are preparing for an investment round.
Global real estate market is valued at tens of trillions dollars and we are about to
disrupt it and lead the competition, you can be part of this future! You will be
working alongside A-team of likeminded energetic people from different countries
ranging from UK to Australia. Our head office is in Dubai - a vibrant modern city
with lots of activities and night life.

Our AI department is set to push boundaries by digitising and structuring as much
information about real estate as possible, collecting millions of data points from
hundreds of sources and knit the very fabric of the knowledge network about real
estate market that our existing and future AI models will learn from. AI is our key
competitive advantage and we are serous about building it to be best in class.

As Senior Data Engineer your role is:
• Be responsible for building and supporting geo-spatial and real estate
analytics data assets
• Work with structured and semi-structured data from multiple data sources
transforming them into useful information
• Build and support data analytics pipelines
• Become knowledge expert in real estate data and be point of trust for other
teams

Note: this role is more about data, analytics and reporting, and not about machine
learning and building AI

Skills & experience
must have:
• You have been involved in building reporting using on premise databases or
cloud platforms
• Expert in SQL, data transformation, data pipelines
• Proficient in English - both verbal and written
even better if you also have:
• Experience working with big data analytics tools like Apache Spark,
Databricks, BigQuery etc.
• Experience in data workflow tools like Knime, Alteryx, RapidMiner, IBM
Modeller etc.
• Experience with data analytics packages like pandas
• Experience or good understanding of geo-spatial analytics

Note: For this role we encourage candidate to relocate to Dubai where core team and
company founders are currently located. For exceptional candidates we might
