Hi! Currently we are looking for a HR Business Partner for the Smart Team’s office in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Main Responsibilities:

- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build culture, increase productivity and retention.
- Cover and coordinate all people-related issues (i.e. onboarding & offboarding, assessment, development, retention, L&D, performance management, the salary review process, etc).
- Consult and coach managers on people-related issues.
- Analyze HR data in the business unit to identify risks and opportunities for improvement, report on an actual state of things, suggest new initiatives based on analytics.
- Interact with managers and recruiting team for personnel needs planning.
- Participation in the recruitment process to influence the quality of hire.
- Coordinate and facilitate talent management activities in the business unit.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Identify and cover management team training needs.
- Implement HR policies and procedures into teams and provide full support to managers and employees on all HR issues.
- Manage internal communications with our PR team
- Taking part in employee brand development within Cyprus job market
- Improve and support the monitoring system of the staff mood on all levels.
- In cooperation with the HR Team initiate changes in corporate HR services and policies based on business needs.

Your experience: this role would make a match with an experienced HR BP, who has around 4-5 years of commercial experience

Languages: as we are originally a Ukrainian company, it is important that our candidate speaks Ukrainian language. English literacy is also required.

Our locations: Ukraine, Cyprus, UAE.

Our team: our HR team counts 20+ specialists (recruiters, C&B and L&D, corporate events specialists, as well as HR BPs representing 3 countries we are located in). This particular role implies being a team lead for our HR Operations Specialist in our Cyprus office.

Location: this is a full-time office based position in Larnaca, Cyprus.
