Smart Team, Fintech Community is seeking a Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of legal duties and will play an important role in supporting our business operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and developing contracts for the company.

• Ensuring all contracts and agreements comply with current legislation.

• Handling contractual work, including drafting of standard contracts, lease agreements, service provision contracts, supply, subcontracting, and trade agreements.

• Preparing and reviewing additional agreements, disagreement protocols, and other contract annexes.

• Preparing ordinary resolutions and policies.

• Providing full legal support for sales/donation agreements of non-residential premises/apartments/land plots under various ownership regimes.

• Preparing draft documents for notarial acts and registration actions.

• Analyzing current legislation, legislative initiatives, and preparing relevant conclusions.

• Drafting letters, requests, responses, conclusions, and claims regarding legal issues.

• Liaising with state bodies to ensure the company's activities are compliant.

• Conducting annual KYC for companies, renewing licenses, and ensuring compliance.

• Providing legal advice to company employees.

• Ensuring legal department documents are available, registered, systematized, and stored in a single e-base.

• Legalizing documents in state bodies.

• Performing other functions within the established powers.
