We have the following vacancy for Remote working:

Responsibilities:

* To communicate with suppliers on booked transport. Book transport for respective orders. Monitor and update suppliers on particular booking. Chase the supplier for some of the payments required for the release of the contaieners in the port, towards bookings. Release of the documents in full regarding particular order.
Organise the dispatch dates and book accordingly time slots for collection, delivery etc.

* To communicate with the hauliers and find best offer for haulage from Eu to UK

* Monitor and check all the documents regarding particular dispatch, make sure the qty, documents are in full and correct.

* Prepare all the necessary docs for custom clearance in the UK. Monitor, assist at a later stages - custom clearance responsibilities.

* Warehouse communication etc. Across EU and the UK .

* Export decl. preparation

* Haulage arrangements locally in the UK and EU

* POD and other documents signed collection

* CRM platform management and filling in details on particular duties.

* Other miscellaneous operations in logistics.

Working hours:
Mon-Fri
8.30 hours a day, break not incl.
08:45 EEST - 17:15 EEST

Holidays: 20 business days a year (5 of which are mandatory to take during EU christmas time - annual company closure)

Salary:
Base: EUR 1000
Additional: 0.01% from dispatch value.
Monthly average: (~ 1150 EUR) (nett, after taxes in the UK). Salary Payable in GBP, USD, EUR, UAH upon your discretion.

Requirements: Laptop, Telephone, Stable internet and connection, Quiet abode to work.
