We are currently seeking a Rental Specialist to join our team and focus exclusively on rental apartments.

Position: Realtor (Rental Specialist)

Location: Miami, FL

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential rental properties and stay informed about current market trends in the Miami area.

- Assist clients in finding suitable rental apartments in Miami based on their preferences and budget.

- Provide clients with a wide selection of rental properties available through company.

- Coordinate property viewings with prospective tenants, providing detailed information about the features, amenities, and leasing terms of Miami properties.

- Assist clients with lease agreements and documentation for Miami rental properties, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

- Facilitate communication between landlords and tenants in Miami, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or maintenance requests specific to the area.

- Keep accurate records and maintain databases of available rental properties in Miami, client interactions, and transactions related to the Miami market.

Requirements:

- Experience as a Realtor or Real Estate Agent in the rental market is welcomed, preferably in the Miami area.

- Must hold a valid Realtor license.

- In-depth knowledge of the Miami rental market, pricing trends, and neighborhood characteristics.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients and landlords in the Miami area.

- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.

- Familiarity with relevant leasing laws and regulations.
