Project: D-seis is the b2b web service for controlling seismic surveys.
Tasks performed:
● Set tasks for BE/FE developers, UX team;
● Hold daily with dev team;
● Present our product to other customers;
● Document requirements (Use case, user story, BPMN, AS IS/TO BE);
● UAT Testing/ User Training;
● Leading the business analyst team (cross check tasks for developers, help to identify
requirements and risks, identify priorities, help with stakeholders communication)
● Work with stakeholders and customers on their business goals, requirements;
Substantial tasks:
● Make a process of prioritization and identification requirements. Starting receiving a request
from the stakeholders and customers to make a strategic task on engineer in nearest release;
● Find new ways of working with backlog. There were a lot of non-understandable tasks with
unknown priority, adding new chaotic tasks make backlog work difficult with each new release;
● Implement system directory for working with the documentation in the system;
● Simplify the business logic and realization (code) in the process of time planning;
My achievements/results:
Time on prioritization meetings cut in half;
Time for initial analysis of customer requirements were reduced for 20%;
Made a single and secure environment for working with the same document for customer and
contractor;
Increased the precent of users working with planning processes in system.

Customer: EPAM
Project: The system aggregates and simplifies information for having real-time data. It is used in
Staffing development and its processes.
Tasks performed:
● Set tasks for developers;
● Document requirements with user story/use case;
● Take requirements from customer (interviews, focus groups, questionnaires);
● Analyze existing functionality using "AS IS/TO BE" model;
● Make process modeling in BPMN 2.0;
● Identify risks and system flaws in existing process and suggested ideas for its improvement;
● Make tasks for UX team;
● Make simple layouts in Figma for customers/developers.
Substantial tasks:
● Work with the new and separate stream where our engineers make logic for auto calculation
applicants’ time on bench. Need to make the work process on engineers’ team and customer
clear, faster and identify requirements.
My achievements/results:
Saved the engineers time for coding (they don’t need to go on meetings with customer);
Got rid of skipping essential tasks while implementation;
Time on realization new features were decreased on 25 %.
