It is used in Staffing development and its processes. Tasks performed: ● Set tasks for developers; ● Document requirements with user story/use case; ● Take requirements from customer (interviews, focus groups, questionnaires); ● Analyze existing functionality using "AS IS/TO BE" model; ● Make process modeling in BPMN 2.0; ● Identify risks and system flaws in existing process and suggested ideas for its improvement; ● Make tasks for UX team; ● Make simple layouts in Figma for customers/developers. Substantial tasks: ● Work with the new and separate stream where our engineers make logic for auto calculation applicants’ time on bench.
