A small boutique hotel in central Amsterdam didn't require a large staff. As the only hotel employee during my shift, I performed a variety of tasks, such as processing reservations in the Cubilis by Stardekk system, checking room cleanliness, fixing minor technical issues, greeting guests and resolving problematic cases.
