Responsibilities:

  1. Promotion of the company's real estate objects in Dubai, expanding the portfolio;
  2. Search for new clients and expansion of the partnership base;
  3. Entering the information about new clients, partners and objects into the CRM system;
  4. Full support of the client, contracting, carrying out transactions for the sale and purchase of real estate;
  5. Assistance in concluding agreements with owners / representatives of objects;
  6. Filling out CRM on a weekly / monthly basis;
  7. Organization of seminars, presentations; participation in exhibitions and conferences in order to attract new clients.

Requirements:

  1. Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
  2. Knowledge of the primary and secondary real estate market in Dubai;
  3. Knowledge of the districts of Dubai;
  4. Knowledge of the document flow for the transaction;
  5. Good communication skills;
  6. Successful experience in personal sales;
  7. Skills of conducting negotiations of various levels of complexity;
  8. Neat appearance.
