MAIN FUNCTION
In line with MSC Cruises policies and procedures and under the supervision of the OnBoard Revenue Director, the Spa Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the spa centre Offering a high standard of services and managing Spa employees to achieve retail and treatment sales targets as set.
POSITION BASICS
The SPA Manager establishes team leadership and coordination Represents the spa in a cordial, efficient and professional manner while maintaining a commitment to customer satisfaction Provides and maintain quality service to generate maximum profits through cost control and creative, energetic salesmanship Demonstrates good communication and organisational skills Checks and ensures excellent service to guests Manages the daily agenda Validates the accuracy of end-of-Cruise reporting and financial data Develops and maintains strong working relationships with the shipboard authorities and with other departments onboard Administrates stocks in the store Ensures control of daily closing and administrative duties
Language: Proficient speaking, reading, and writing skills in English, and fluency in at least 2 of the following languages: German, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Russian, Chinese. Any other language is considered as advantageous.
