Description:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to manage all marketing activities within the company. Your tasks will include developing and implementing strategies, managing the team, and achieving business goals.

Requirements:
• Higher education in marketing, business, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior marketing position.
• Experience in managing teams and projects.
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing and analytics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
1 Develop and implement marketing strategies, including digital marketing, SEO, SMM, and content marketing.
2 Manage the marketing department budget and optimize expenses (KPI: ROI, CPA).
3 Set goals and KPIs for the marketing team, monitor their achievement (metrics: CTR, CAC, LTV).
4 Control and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
5 Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
6 Coordinate work with other departments to ensure synergy in achieving business goals.
7 Develop and manage loyalty and customer retention programs.
8 Implement new technologies and tools in marketing processes (CRM systems, marketing automation).
9 Analyze consumer behavior and develop customer personas for targeted campaigns.
10 Manage internal and external company communications, interact with PR agencies and media.

• CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
• LTV (Lifetime Value)

Salary and Benefits:
• Salary: from 6000 to 8000 euros per month, depending on experience.
