Do you love the smell of freshly baked goods and sweets? We have the perfect opportunity for you! Randstad invites you to work with BBF, a leading British producer of cakes and desserts. The production facility fulfills orders for major grocery chains in Poland.

No prior experience or Polish language skills? No problem! We are hiring candidates from all over Poland.

💰 What we offer:
✔ Stable employment – Employment contract (Umowa o pracę) with insurance, paid leave, and free private medical care
✔ Salary: 5100–5500 PLN gross (~3800 PLN net)
✔ 30% bonus for night shifts
✔ Opportunities for promotion and transition to a permanent contract with BBF
✔ Accommodation assistance: Comfortable rooms (max. 4 people) for 700 PLN/month
✔ Multisport card and private medical insurance
✔ Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 3 shifts of 8 hours each

👷 Your tasks:
🔹 Working on the production line
🔹 Shaping and decorating finished products
🔹 Packaging cakes and cookies
🔹 Quality control
🔹 Maintaining workplace cleanliness

📋 Requirements:
✔ A sanitary-epidemiological booklet (we will help you obtain it)
✔ Willingness to work long-term
✔ Teamwork skills
✔ Experience in production is an advantage but not required – we will train you!
