Our company is actively expanding its presence in the European market, and we are looking for a Brand Manager to help us successfully adapt the Ukrainian brand to a new audience. The main goal is to build a strong and recognisable brand that will meet the expectations of European consumers, while maintaining the uniqueness and values we offer.

Main responsibilities:
- Market analysis: researching consumer preferences, competitors and market trends across Europe;
- Brand adaptation: customising brand strategy in accordance with the cultural and legal requirements of European markets;
- Developing marketing strategies to promote the brand in new markets, taking into account local peculiarities;
- Overseeing brand communications: ensuring that brand identity, communication materials and advertising campaigns meet the requirements of the European audience;
- Product Portfolio Management: adaptation of the product range for new markets, taking into account local standards and preferences;
- Partner management: coordinating cooperation with local advertising agencies, designers, media and other partners for successful brand promotion.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a brand manager (experience with international markets will be an advantage);
- In-depth understanding of the European market, consumer preferences and cultural characteristics;
- Knowledge of local legal requirements and standards in the field of marketing and advertising;
- High level of strategic planning and project management skills;
- Creativity, ability to adapt and make quick decisions;
- Fluency in English (additional knowledge of European languages will be an advantage);
- High level of communication skills and ability to work in a team.
