The two combined businesses will be run from Bikeparksicily, Mineo district of Catania Sicily.

The activities that will be managed within the businesses are in brief the following:

1. Down Hill Mountain Bike Park (under construction total reached 10 km within my property) plus 6km in public and abandoned trails – the trails must be completed in terms of signs and security and be opened to the public on the 12 September 2021;

2. two open air swimming pools (in operation since 2008);

3. stables with horses (in operation since 2008 however since 2016 no horses are kept inside - this until the first sections of rooms will be completed – expected December 2021);

4. basketball/tennis/beach volley courts (in operation since 2008);

5. other sport activities;

6. Hotel rooms (10 as start to be completed by December 2021 - and 30 by September 2022 -) / this require the supervision in the constructions

7. pizzeria/restaurant/barbecue/bar

8. olive, wine and other agriculture products;

9. gardening;

10. building constructions supervision - until the 40 rooms are completed.

11. managing holidays homes in Mineo owned by foreign investors (English and Russian speakers) to include supervision of the restoration works. The restoration works will start in September 2021 and be finished in part by June 2022 but to be continued for most of them after this date)

The management of the above businesses requires knowledge and experience in performing all these activities and being capable to conduct those activities in my presence and also manage the conduct of them while they are performed by other employees of the Businesses in my absence

The candidate must be committed to learn all these tasks and disciplines in order to acquire the expertise and qualifications to run so then be in the position to manage them.

The candidate must know a high level of English and Russian and basic Italian.

The candidate must have drive license.

POSITION - STAGES

ASSISTANT MANAGER - YEAR ONE

The first year you will work with me and learn all the activities. I will assess your capabilities, expertise and teach you what you need to learn in each type of business or task (for a maximum of 2 weeks in each task) and you will be required to take all notes and information so that you will need to show me that you have acquired the knowledge on how to carry the tasks. You will also be required to take all necessary courses in order to achieve the qualifications needed.

During the first year you will be paid a salary between Euro 1,500.00/1,800.00 per month net plus accommodation on site.

You will be assessed every three months and receive a report. At the end of year One you will be finally assessed for the position of Co-Manager.

CO MANAGER - FROM YEAR TWO ONWARD

At the end of year One you will be presented with a detailed Company Director and Shareholder contract in which you will be offered to become Shareholder and Manager of the Management Company named Fontanamara- Bikeparksicily Resort/Bikepark Sicily Limited

At this time, you must be capable to manage the businesses with the assistance and cooperation of me. However, you must show the capability to manage them by yourself. For this reason, you will be assessed every three months during the year one to ascertain that you have the knowledge and the capability. However, during the year Two you must show those capabilities and put in place.

REMUNERATION

During the first 12 months you will be paid a minimum salary of Euro 1,500/1,800.00 per month net plus accommodation and bonus to be assessed at end of each three months (in a percentage between 0 and 25% of the salary – this will be assessed at the end of each assessment taking into consideration the learning progress shown the professional capacity in managing and the result achieved with the businesses and your compliance with the instructions given by me).

During the second 12 months you will be paid a minimum salary of Euro 2,000.00 per month net plus accommodation and bonus to be assessed at end of each three months (in a percentage between 0 and 45% of the salary – this will be assessed at the end of each three months taking into consideration the professional capacity in managing and the result achieved with the businesses and your compliance with the instructions given by me)

At year 4 you will be negotiated a higher salary depending on the capacities achieved and the result made by the Bikeparksicily with the contribution of the candidate.

KEY ELEMENTS TO BE PRESENT AT ALL TIME

You must show basic knowledge of Italian language (basic Italian language only during the first 6 month after you need to show adequate level of Italian to perform the tasks in dealing with Italian). The lack of knowledge defeats the possibility to reach the stages above scheduled and the impossibility to move on each stage progress.

Your role requires a perfect synchronization with me and a perfect loyalty and honest business behaviour. Should these elements be absent, the relationship may be terminated.

POSITION - STAGES

ASSISTANT MANAGER - YEAR ONE

The first year you will work with me and learn all the activities. I will assess your capabilities, expertise and teach you what you need to learn in each type of business or task (for a maximum of 2 weeks in each task) and you will be required to take all notes and information so that you will need to show me that you have acquired the knowledge on how to carry the tasks. You will also be required to take all necessary courses in order to achieve the qualifications needed.

During the first year you will be paid a salary between Euro 1,500.00/1,800.00 per month net plus accommodation on site.

At the end of year One you will be presented with a detailed Company Director and Shareholder contract in which you will be offered to become Shareholder and Manager of the Management Company named Fontanamara- Bikeparksicily Resort/Bikepark Sicily Limited

At this time, you must be capable to manage the businesses with the assistance and cooperation of me. However, you must show the capability to manage them by yourself. For this reason, you will be assessed every three months during the year one to ascertain that you have the knowledge and the capability. However, during the year Two you must show those capabilities and put in place.

REMUNERATION

During the first 12 months you will be paid a minimum salary of Euro 1,500/1,800.00 per month net plus accommodation and bonus to be assessed at end of each three months (in a percentage between 0 and 25% of the salary – this will be assessed at the end of each assessment taking into consideration the learning progress shown the professional capacity in managing and the result achieved with the businesses and your compliance with the instructions given by me).

During the second 12 months you will be paid a minimum salary of Euro 2,000.00 per month net plus accommodation and bonus to be assessed at end of each three months (in a percentage between 0 and 45% of the salary – this will be assessed at the end of each three months taking into consideration the professional capacity in managing and the result achieved with the businesses and your compliance with the instructions given by me)

At year 4 you will be negotiated a higher salary depending on the capacities achieved and the result made by the Bikeparksicily with the contribution of the candidate.

KEY ELEMENTS TO BE PRESENT AT ALL TIME

You must show basic knowledge of Italian language (basic Italian language only during the first 6 month after you need to show adequate level of Italian to perform the tasks in dealing with Italian). The lack of knowledge defeats the possibility to reach the stages above scheduled and the impossibility to move on each stage progress.

Your role requires a perfect synchronization with me and a perfect loyalty and honest business behaviour. Should these elements be absent, the relationship may be terminated.
