Currently, due to our client's needs, we are looking for a Junior Recruitment Coordinator to join our onsite team to support one of the product companies based in Kraków. You will have the opportunity to enhance the candidate experience by helping to hire the best professionals.

Location: Kraków, city center (client’s office)

Daily duties:

Your main responsibilities will be the administration and coordination of recruitment processes which include activities like 

• A key responsibility will be to organize multiple interviews with candidates, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently.
• You will facilitate both written and verbal communication with candidates, hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition team throughout the interview process.
• Comfortable working within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), you will generate reports as needed, leveraging data to enhance your workflow and guide informed decision-making.
• You will actively seek out gaps in our recruitment processes and work collaboratively with various stakeholders to address these issues.
• As an advocate for candidate experience, you will provide insights into the applicant's perspective, reminding recruiters and business partners of the importance of delivering an exceptional experience.
• Additionally, you will participate in a variety of special projects that further the objectives of our recruitment team.

You do not need to have experience in a similar position (it’s nice to have), but we are looking for:

• Proficiency in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex logistics and solve difficult problems in a work setting
• Some experience in a similar role will be a plus
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once 
• Ability to work independently and drive results
• Ability to thrive in an agile, rapidly changing environment
• Metric-driven mentality and experience using data to influence recruiting strategies will be a plus
