An international company PIN-UP.SUPPORT, which is actively expanding, needs a support agent who speaks Hindi + English.
Our client, whom we provide support service is betting&gambling.
Responsibilities will include:
- answer clients' inquires via online chat English + Hindi;
- assist customers regarding website usability;
- solve customers' issues which they may face during their client’s experience;
- build long-term relationships with Clients;
- provide clients with current information on current offers/promotions of the company.
What do you need to work with us:
- Hindi and English language skills both written and spoken;
- High-level computer skills;
- А workplace with good quality Internet;
- PC/laptop with Windows 10.
