Зарплатная вилка:
1100 - 1300 EURO brutto
Место работы:
Удаленно: в любой точке Греции (жильё предоставляет TP)
В офисе: Афины или Салоники
Переезд:
Компания предоставляет бесплатный релокационный пакет для сотрудников, включающий: авиабилет, две недели в отеле и помощь агента по аренде в поиске квартиры с комиссией за аренду, оплачиваемой компанией. Услуга релокации предоставляется непосредственно работодателем.
Basic requirements for candidates:

Computer skills at an upper intermediate level
Payroll:
1100 - 1300 EURO gross
Place of work:
Remotely: anywhere in Greece (accommodation provided by TP)
Office: Athens or Thessaloniki
Moving:
The company provides a free relocation package for employees, including: airfare, two weeks in a hotel, and assistance from a rental agent in finding an apartment with a rental fee paid by the company. The relocation service is provided directly by the employer.

Back-office agents will be handling inbound tickets, coming from various authorities/commercial entities regarding the end customer’s product.

Strong written (email) communication utilizing proper grammar and punctuation.

Well-developed sense of urgency and follow through.
Provide excellent customer support through active listening.
Highly recommended: 1 year experience in call center or financial institution.
Technical Skills
Use software to source and input customer data accurately as related to the inquiry.
Ability to multitask multiple systems, screens, and tasks during customer contacts.
Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
Frontline agents Communicate with customers via telephone, e-mail, video, social media and chat, and handle all customer inquiries before, during and after their buying cycle.
