CDL-A DRIVER — CAR HAULING / VEHICLE TRANSPORTATION

We're looking for experienced CDL-A drivers to join our team.

Our main focus is car hauling / vehicle transportation, but we also operate dry van, reefer, flatbed and conestoga.

Never hauled cars before? No problem — we train you in our own yard.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Pay: 28–33% of gross
• Home time: 2 weeks out / 1 week home
• Operating area: Nationwide — anywhere in the US
• Equipment: Freightliner and Kenworth
• Training: 1–2 days in our own yard when switching to a new trailer type
• Own repair shop: Less downtime and no waiting in line at outside shops
• Dispatcher support: A dispatcher who answers the phone and communicates directly — no games with rates
• Long-term work: We're building a team, not filling a seat for a month

REQUIREMENTS

• CDL-A for at least 2 years from the original issue date (insurance requirement)
• Clean or acceptable MVR
• No serious accidents, reckless driving, DUI/DWI or license suspensions
• Individual moving violations are reviewed case by case
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Must meet DOT / FMCSA requirements
• Must comply with Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse requirements
• Able to pass background screening and insurance approval
• Responsible attitude toward equipment, safety and delivery schedules

TRAILER EXPERIENCE

Experience with the specific trailer type you want to operate is preferred, but lack of experience is not an automatic rejection.

If you have sufficient CDL experience, a decent driving record and meet insurance requirements — we will train you.

SAP & BACKGROUND CASES

SAP drivers are considered.

We'll review your Return-to-Duty status, current eligibility and follow-up testing requirements.

Past background issues do not automatically mean rejection. Each situation is reviewed individually based on what happened, when it happened, whether the case is closed and whether there are any current restrictions.

Final hiring decisions are made after screening and insurance approval.

SWITCHING TO CAR HAULING? WE TRAIN YOU

Currently driving dry van, reefer, flatbed or conestoga and want to move into car hauling?

We'll teach you everything from the basics:

• Loading / unloading
• Vehicle placement
• Vehicle securement
• Equipment operation
• Route planning
• Safety procedures

Training takes 1–2 days at our yard.

After training, you'll complete an internal pre-trip / road exam. Only after successfully completing it will you start driving solo.

We don't just hand you a trailer and say "good luck." We train you and help you get started the right way.
