Country Manager

Location: Thailand (candidates must currently reside in the country, any city)
Work format: Hybrid or Remote
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00

About the Company

We are looking for a Ukrainian professional currently residing in Thailand to represent our business locally and play a key role in establishing and developing our operations in this new market.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a proactive, well-connected professional who understands the local business environment, can build strong partnerships, and is ready to take ownership of operational, legal, financial, and administrative matters during the launch.

The successful candidate will be officially appointed as Country Manager in Thailand and will work directly with the company’s owners.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations

• Coordinate with local banks and financial institutions in Thailand.
• Support the opening, administration, and maintenance of corporate bank accounts.

Legal & Regulatory Coordination

• Liaise with local Thai lawyers, accounting firms, and legal service providers.
• Coordinate corporate documentation, company registration procedures (DBD), and other administrative requirements.
• Support the company in meeting applicable local regulatory requirements.

Partnerships & Local Representation

• Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key local partners across banking, legal services, and other relevant sectors.
• Resolve emerging challenges independently and coordinate solutions with the company’s leadership.

Requirements

• Citizenship: Ukrainian citizenship.
• Residency: Current permanent or long-term residence in Thailand (any city).
• Language Proficiency:
  • English: B1-B2 level or above (written and spoken).
  • Ukrainian: Fluent / Native.
  • Russian: Fluent.
  • Thai language skills are a significant plus but not mandatory.
• Skills: Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Independence: The ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and make sound decisions.
• Personal Traits: High levels of integrity, discretion, accountability, and reliability.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

As the position involves formal appointment as Country Manager, candidates must meet the applicable legal and regulatory requirements for official corporate appointment and obtaining a Work Permit in Thailand.
