We provide guests with best Tea & Hookah services including staff and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting commercial negotiations with clients
- Personnel management (check personnel at work, shifts scheduling, monitoring activities, improving the level of services provided)
- Purchase of tobacco and related products;
- Analyze of financial and competitive risks;
- Reduction of financial costs;
- Finding ways that will help to increase the profitability of business and reduce the costs of its operation;
- Building operational strategies;
- Improving the competitiveness of a company.
Requirements:
- Work experience in the hookah industry for at least 2 years;
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Responsibility
- Punctuality
Conditions:
- Salary based on the results of interview
