We provide guests with best Tea & Hookah services including staff and equipment.

Requirements:
- Operational management of company;
- Budget planning, execution of profit and turnover plans;
- Goods Accounting, organization of document flow, control of cash discipline;
- Monitoring of compliance quality and service standards;
- personnel management (organization of adaptation and training);
- Development and implementation of new standards and services, improvement of existing software and technologieоs for the provision of services;
- Development and implementation of a marketing strategy to increase customer traffic.

Requirements:
- Experience in launching and running a similar project;
- Experience in optimizing and building effective work processes;
- Financial literacy, knowledge of the necessary regulatory documentation;
- Personal qualities: focus on results, punctuality, attention to detail.

Conditions:
- Salary based on the results of the interview (fixed sum + bonus based on the results of work);
- Work visa;
- Full-time;
