Customer care representative with English

AT&T Global (telecommunications company)

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls related to the support service;
- Handle requests from customers related to network coverage and troubleshooting services;
American customer service.

Salary:
Starting from 1100 euros net per month + bonuses and allowances. The average wage is 1,400 euros for 165 hours.

Bonuses and allowances:
- relocation package 25,000 CZK (reimbursement of employment expenses)
- bonus up to 4,400 CZK per month
- annual financial bonus of 5% of the annual basic salary
- surcharge for each overtime hour
- surcharge for night and evening shifts
- salary increase every year

Working conditions:
