We currently have a vacancy for the head of the night film crew who will join our dedicated and dedicated team. This role is offered on a permanent basis; the work schedule will be from Monday to Thursday from 1:00 to 11:00. This role will monitor the daily success and continuous improvement of the production site through the evolution of our production team members. The head of the production team will oversee the production operators and material handlers, ensuring that they produce products according to schedule, in accordance with all specifications and procedures.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow the production schedule on a daily and weekly basis.
Report and log any downtime or production stoppages.
Make sure that all materials and equipment are available for uninterrupted operation of the line.
Organize efficient line production, review the cleaning logs and sign accordingly.
Communicate with employees regarding daily goals, quality goals, etc.
Manufacture/package the product in accordance with GMP/BRC regulatory standards as specified in the company's documentation.
Accurate completion of all necessary documentation and consideration of work orders.
Make sure that the machines/equipment are maintained and operating correctly in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Maintain a positive atmosphere in the team at work. Ensure effective cross-training of Production Operators/Material Handlers to ensure continuous uninterrupted operation of the production site.
Participate in the process of interviewing and selecting production operators
Complete performance reviews for production operators
Providing constructive and prompt solutions to all performance problems and, if necessary, bringing them to the attention of the production manager
Facilitating open two-way communication with your team and assistance in the employment of employees
Achieving production goals and compliance with occupational health and safety procedures.
Maintaining hygiene/housekeeping standards in the production area.
Work closely with the Quality Department to ensure that the relevant quality standards are met and any quality issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Filling out and checking the documentation for the production and packaging of the batch, when necessary
Make sure that the SOP and all other documentation is up-to-date at your workplace/workstations.
Assistance in conducting Internal and External audits
Prepare, update, and present weekly key performance indicators at the Requirements support group meeting
Previous experience as a team leader or a similar role is preferred.
