"PRIVILEGED TRAFFIC CORP." hiring a development director with practical experience in B2B/B2С businesses (industry: furniture, interior items, decor).

Position Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years sales or marketing experience in the required industry,
• Self-motivated and goal oriented person,
• Have professional communication skills via email, phone, and in-person.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Ability to self-manage daily schedules and ensure all tasks are completed as assigned.

Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's goals.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
• Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing sales teams to meet sales objectives.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing/sales opportunities.
• Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
