Main requirements:

• Degree in finance and economics
• Strong communication with official and regulatory bodies
• Building a successful business from scratch
• Skills and experience in investment products, FINTECH, customer relations
• Knowledge of languages: English at an advanced level plus native Russian

Main Responsibilities:

• Research, develop, and deploy new solutions within Business development
• Provide in depth knowledge as well as regulatory requirements in providing operational support to the Company
• Complete thorough review of and consultation on new business and service-related required paperwork for both brokerage and managed accounts
• Provide support, training and education as needed to staff as well as related brokerage and advisory representatives
• Whilst reviewing of the processed and documentation, escalate items to compliance for supervisory review as needed
• Promote and establish an atmosphere of trust and support while providing solutions and ideas for process and procedure improvement
• Provide supervision and guidance to managers and specialists supporting the personnel
• Create and implement an effective Sales & Marketing strategy to achieve the company business plan
• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
• Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics
• Ensure company principles and USPs are adhered to including excellent customer support
• Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
• Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
• Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
