We provide a full cycle of product creation — from development to its sale. We are currently looking for a Service Engineer in the technical support department (Poland, Wroclaw)

Our wishes:

• Higher technical education (will be an advantage);

• Knowledge of circuit technology, reading circuit diagrams;

• Skills of soldering SMD components (working with a soldering station);

• Knowledge of MS Office, Skype, Team Viewer programs;

• Knowledge of English and Ukrainian/Russian languages ​​at a conversational level is mandatory;

• Readiness for business trips to Europe,

• Training, customer orientation, sociability, responsibility.

Your tasks:

• Equipment repair;

• Equipment testing for sending to the client;

• Training on equipment operation;

• Visiting the client to hand over the equipment, training the client at home.
