Responsibilities:

• Participation in setting up systems for budgeting, treasury, management accounting, automation of mutual settlements with contractors;
• Execution and control of client payments, interaction with providers of wallets, liquidity, payment institutions;
• Regular formation of management and operational reporting
• Participation in the formation and coordination of financial and legal schemes of interaction, tax planning;
• Interaction with banks on financial products;
• Establishment of payment discipline, structuring and regulation of approval processes, and execution of payments;
• Preparation and analysis of management reporting;
• Open bank accounts and comply with KYC/AML requirements;
• Automate balance sheet, PL, and management reporting companywide and by the units and products on the operational platform and dashboards;
• Audit company accounts, transactions, and reports
• Control of the accounting function.

Requirements:
• Successful and proven experience in the Bank / Payment System / Crypto Exchange - from 2 years;
• Knowledge of Excel, Access at the advanced user level, working with large data arrays and building analytical reports;
• Deep understanding of the principles of the fintech industry, incl. with cryptocurrencies and their regulation;
• Knowledge of English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate.
