1) 171 standard rooms (STANDART CONNECT ROOM-4, EXECUTIVESUITE-6);

2) 4 suites and 6 apartments;

3) 4 conference rooms;

4) Fitness room (340 m2) for hotel guests and residents of the city;

5) SPA zone is located on the basement floor of the building (area 600 m2) with swimming pool, Finnish sauna, Turkish hamam, relaxation area and massage rooms. Also on the basement floor there is a full-fledged laundry of 204 m2 to serve the guests and the needs of the hotel;
