We are searching for a Russian speaking House Managing Team for our clients in East Sussex, UK. The Handyman and Head Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and comfort on a high standard. This job is on a permanent live in basis. The separate flat on the estate territory will be provided for successful candidates.

The principals are looking for a fluent Russian speaking House Managing Team as they speak this language at home.

The live in house managing team must be hard-working, honest, polite and calm individuals who the family can rely on.

The Position Type: Full Time, Live In, Permanent

Salary: 75K - 80K GBP / Year Gross

Working Day: 6 days / week

Working Hours: 52 Hours / Week

Location: East Sussex

Language: fluent Russian

Starting date: ASAP

Duties of House Managing Team:

• General and deep cleaning of all residential areas
• Managing a second housekeeper
• Laundry and ironing
• Wardrobe management
• Polishing silver
• Dusting, mopping and etc.
• Being responsible for all necessary repairs and adjustments
• Grocery shopping
• Gardening duties
• Communicating with contractors
• Managing smart home system
• Managing security system
• Running errands

Requirements:

• 5+ years of working experience as a House Managing Team
• Outstanding references
• UK working permit
• Excellent command of Russian
• Driving licence
