Our returned clients are looking for a professional Russian speaking Handyman to join their fully-staffed private household on a permanent full time basis. The property is located in East Sussex. Live IN / Out Handyman job requires to work 6 days / week, 8-9 hours / day. Accommodation will be provided for the successful live in candidate.

The family and other staff speak Russian as their native language therefore they would prefer to hire a Russian speaking handyman, however it is not essential.

We are searching for a hardworking, well-mannered and reliable person who has experience / qualifications in general maintenance, plumbing, electrics, gardening, etc.

The Position Type: Live In, Full Time, Long Term

Salary: approx. 40000 GBP Gross / Year

Working Day: 5 - 6 days / week

Working Hours: 8 - 9 hours / day

Location: East Sussex, UK

Language: Russian or English

Starting date: ASAP

Duties:

• Overseeing household maintenance, general condition and operations works
• Overseeing maintenance and timely servicing of systems and equipment of the Property
• Help with Sourcing and appointing contractors as well as monitoring their work in case of technical issues as to maintenance of the Properties or refurbishment works
• Working in collaboration with household staff
• Caring and arranging caring for pets (a cat and a small dog)
• Ensuring the household is fully stocked at all times and shopping for all required household items, running household errands
• Arranging maintenance and servicing of estate car
• Gardening
• Running errands

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of work experience as a Handyman
• Excellent references
• Driving licence
• UK working permit
• No allergies
