What you have to do:

Getting an EDS. Study of the legislation of the countries in which the tender is announced;

Collecting the necessary documents for submitting applications;

Checking the auction documentation for restrictions on participation in the auction and prospects for their elimination: requests for clarification, complaints, other methods;

Preparation of requests for clarification of documentation, together with the company's lawyer and project managers;

High-quality preparation and timely submission of applications for participation in tenders (including descriptions of the quality characteristics of services in the application) and electronic auctions, procurement, commercial procurement. (The main duty that takes up the main working time);

Verification and timely conclusion of contracts on electronic platforms. Attachment of closing documents for completed contracts;

Analysis, selection and purchase of software, equipment, office equipment according to the requirements specified in the customer's TOR;

To do this, you need:

• Knowledge of English/Russian is mandatory at the conversational level.

• EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH INTERNATIONAL PLATFORMS.

• Experience of at least 3 years as a specialist of the tender department for international bidding at the supplier

• Attention to detail;

• Continuous training and professional development in this direction. Study of regulatory documents, specialized forums. The topic of public procurement should be of interest to you;

• Skills of official business correspondence: coordination, claim work;

• Readiness for an irregular working day (it is mandatory to submit an application even if such a decision is made untimely)
