This position supposes that you have the following knowledge and competencies:
1. Intermediate level of written English.
2. Full proficiency in Google Drive tools.
3. Accuracy and attention to the details.
4. Understanding of software development processes and IT outsourcing business.
5. Good analytical and online research skills.
6. Experience with Upwork lead generation.

Will be a plus:
1. Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot preferable).
2. Relevant experience in IT outsourcing/product company.
3. Experience with Sales Navigator and lead generations tools.
