• Responsibilities include:

  Management of technology implementation projects with existing and new customers;

  Lead the preparation of project implementation programs including - technical assessment, equipment procurement, field trials, laboratory tests, projects’ logistics and costing estimations;

  Coordinate and write technical documentation and training materials on technology and products implementation;

  Responsible for project progress tracking, updates and status reporting;

  Problem resolution, scope determination, and coordination of multiple stakeholders and partners’ interests are an integral component of this role;

  Gathering and analyzing information by attending seminars, tradeshows, undertaking web research, compiling customer input;

  Prepare proposals and estimates for further technology development projects;

  Manage after sales support through partners and outside vendors sources.

  Qualifications and Experience:

  Preferably 3-5 years, or more, experience in managing technology and implementation projects in Palm oil extraction industry.

  Good knowledge of Palm Oil Extraction process and equipment, overall process economics and optimization practices.

  The ability to conduct laboratory tests and sampling at the Palm oil mills to determine material balance.

  A broad awareness and understanding of a variety of technologies associated with Palm oil extraction, process optimization and waste management

  Good communication skills in writing, speaking and presentation with customers, vendors and colleagues in the head office.

  Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
