What you will need to do:
- set up personnel records in the restaurant and hotel from scratch;
- conduct an audit of existing personnel documents;
- develop a set of personnel documents for the company in accordance with the legislation of Turkey;
- selection of staff for the hotel and restaurant.

Requirements:
- confident knowledge of Turkish legislation;
- conversational knowledge of Russian and Turkish;
- experience in personnel document management audit;
- experience in setting up personnel records from scratch;
- experience in the development of documents;
- experience in the recruitment, knowledge of various sources for job placement.
