We are an international IT company Headway.Global! Due to the active growth of the client base, we are looking for an enterprising, effective Account Manager!

Together with us you will learn how to find the same client and improve communication by 120%!

DUE TO WHAT YOU CAN EARN WITH US:

• Guaranteed rate 500$;
• Bonus KPI from $800 - $900, which will depend on the tasks you complete within a month!
• In addition, you will earn for expanding your customer base (every 10 customers = $80 at a time)
• And also with the growth of the client base, you will receive a bonus percentage monthly.

Thus:

• In the first month of your work, you will earn from $1380;
• In 3 months you will fully master all the necessary skills for work, your client base will grow, and thanks to this, your income will be from $1680.

WHAT do you do during the working day:

• Replenish the database with new clients;
• Collect and enter information about clients into the database, register new clients;
• Organize photo shoots and delivery of gifts for the client;
• You will keep records on the number of delivered gifts;
• Organize meetings for clients;
• You will answer all customer questions all the time of cooperation.

It will be a huge plus if you:

• had experience working with client bases;
• worked in sales;
• responsible and attentive to details;
• striving to achieve the best result;

Mandatory Requirement:

• Knowledge of Spanish
• Knowledge of either Russian or English
