Hard skills:

• Foreign language: English, Russian — Advanced is a must.

• At least two year of experience in Sales or related to Sales functions.

• Orientation on result.
• Analytical thinking.
• Ability to find and analyze information from the market.

Soft skills:

• Orientation on the client.

• Team work and cooperation.

Job tasks:

• Implement company strategy on the markets.
• Develop sales in the region/ on the territory.

• Ensure monthly and annual sell-in targets for the region/ territory.

• Plan and forecast volume for existing clients.

• Participate in big beauty Events to promote company on new markets.
• Business trips.
