Location: Chisinau/Moldova

Professional skills and experience:

• University degree in agriculture or biochemistry
• Alternatively, a university education in another subject (e.g. marketing or business administration), combined with practical experience in agricultural production or distribution business.
• Only for applicants to the Junior Marketing Manager and/or Trainee programme: If you are still student but expect to finish your university studies during the next 12 months, we can also consider your application.
• Literate oral and written speech in Ukrainian or Romanian as your mother tongue, fluent proficiency in spoken and written English and/or other foreign language
• Crucial qualities: Responsibility, accountability and teamwork as well as entrepreneurship, initiative and self-reliance

Functional Responsibilities:

• Contributing to the market strategy of the company,
• Market research: Analysing market opportunities, studying market and competitors,
• Strong focus on digitalization of marketing and customer relationship management,
• Organizing online and offline conferences (in cooperation with other colleagues) and other marketing events,
• Preparing promotional and technical materials,
• Preparing and controlling marketing budget.
