As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, increase brand awareness, and optimize conversion rates. You will work closely with Group and cross-functional teams to create and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for digital marketing, stay updated with the latest industry trends, and possess a proven track record of driving measurable results.

Main Responsibilities

  • Implement Breezemarine Group digital marketing strategy, develop and manage local activations to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Manage all digital marketing channels, including website, email marketing, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), display advertising, location marketing (GBP) and content marketing.
  • Create and execute engaging and targeted digital marketing campaigns that help to build the brand awareness.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  • Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic.
  • Support activities and communication of Loyalty program.
  • Manage social media platforms, engage with the online community to build brand loyalty and drive user engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar field
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience (experience from the digital agency is a plus)
  • Proven experience in executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive results
  • Good knowledge of Social media and cooperation with influencers
  • Basic analytics knowledge about Google Analytics knowledge, web site traffic, SEM/SEO, social media parameter
  • Good knowledge of English and Russian languages (verbal and written)
  • A result-oriented, analytical mindset
  • Excellent organization skills, communication and collaborative skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to adapt and learn new skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
