We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to take charge of all marketing initiatives, including social media, digital campaigns, advertising, and creative projects.

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating strategic plans to establish and enhance our brand presence, allocating resources to different projects, and setting both short-term and long-term goals for the department.

We are looking for a talented marketing strategist who can inspire team members and drive success. In this role, you will lead our Marketing department to maximize profitability and enhance competitiveness in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy, aligning it with its goals and objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure the highest return on investment.
• Create and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
• Analyze the market and competitors to identify opportunities and trends.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals and analyze the results of their work.
• Provide reporting to the company's management on marketing research findings and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the legal field.
• Strong skills in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of the target audience and the ability to create attention-grabbing marketing campaigns.
• Experience in team management and motivating them to achieve goals.
• Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Established roster of media and PR contacts
• Desire to grow professionally through ongoing education
