FaceRoom is an international network of facial care studios that offers a wide range of services, including facial and body massage, as well as aesthetic cosmetology. Our studios are located in 10 cities across Russia and the UAE. We aspire to create a unique experience for our clients, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and an individualized approach. We have a dream: to make every face of our clients radiant and confident. We achieve this with love and professionalism, which is why we are in search of an exceptional Marketing and PR Manager!

Key Responsibilities:

• Influencer Engagement. Identify and engage with bloggers to promote the brand. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of collaboration.
• Partnership Development. Devise and implement joint projects with partners in both online and offline formats. Analyze the effectiveness of collaborative initiatives.
• Content Creation. Generate content for partner integrations, press releases, and informational materials.
• Event Management. Organize and actively participate in events aimed at brand promotion.
• PR Strategy Development. Formulate and implement PR strategies to strengthen FaceRoom studios' market position.
• Offline Advertising. Coordinate the placement of offline advertisements.
• Collaboration with Contractors. Work with contractors for printing collateral and manufacturing branded products.

Requirements:

• Marketing and PR Experience: minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and PR. Preference given to candidates with experience in the beauty industry or related fields.
• Proficient in English: fluent in English (C1 level or above).
• Social Media and Blogger Management: skills in managing social media platforms and collaborating with bloggers.
• Event Organization and PR Campaigns: ability to organize events and execute successful PR campaigns.
• Creativity and Responsibility: creative mindset, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently.
• Education: bachelor's degree in marketing, PR, or related fields.
• Location: must be based in Dubai, UAE.
