Our client International company production and retail of furniture is opening large showroom in Dubai

Responsibilities:
• Organization of the showroom in terms of product, process and personnel
• Analytics of commercial reports
• Control of showroom losses
• Recruitment (full cycle)
• Adaptation and motivation, development of showroom employees
• Opening/closing of the showroom
• Organizing and conducting inventories
• Manages, monitors and analyzes sales performance and recommends action plans to achieve sales budget (store level)
• Interaction with the management of the shopping center, store documentation as necessary (daily reports, banking transactions, returns, exchanges, etc.)
• Responsibilities of a cashier

Requirements:

• Experience in retail from 3 years (UAE experience is a great plus);
• Fluency in English
• Demonstrated leadership skills (experience in team building, providing feedback, employee development, etc.)
• Commercial analytics (working with commercial reports, merchandising)
