We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager (SMM) who will be responsible for content creation and the development of social networks for a premium gaming club network in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

- Development and communication strategy: creating a strategy for brand representation on social media platforms such as Instagram, Shorts, and TikTok.

- Content planning: formulating plans and categorizing content to ensure a cohesive and engaging online presence.

- Visual style and brand tone: establishing the visual style of social media and maintaining consistent communication in line with the target audience.

- Analyzing visual trends on social networks and generating proposals for their integration into the brand's SMM strategy.

- Analyzing the brand's SMM statistics and the effectiveness of the implemented strategy, developing and proposing ideas for its improvement.

- Generating ideas for photo and video content for social networks, shooting photo/video content for Instagram (Reels, Stories).

- Collaborating with the creative team and participating in photo/video shoots.

- Creating unique content within the brand's DNA.

- Developing a content plan in line with analytics and the brand's visual aesthetics, making timely posts.

- Generating and posting creative stories within the brand's DNA.

- Monitoring competitors.

We expect you to have:

- Over 2 years of experience in SMM and content creation.

- A creative portfolio and case studies.

- English proficiency at level C1.

- Skills in organizing events from start to finish (photo/video shoots).

- Independence and the ability to see how social media contributes to business growth and client acquisition.

- Residence in Dubai, UAE.
