We are looking for an administrator/caretaker with a strong technical focus for a property in St. Jean Cap Ferrat.
The main duty will be organization of regular maintainace and repair/improvement works.
It will be necessary to seek and assess local subcontractors, set technical requirement, collect and evaluate offers, coordinate and superwise works, ensure quality, resolve disputes.

REQUIREMENTS:
-General understanding of engineering systems (air conditioning, heating, ventilation, electrical installations, etc), swimming pool and garden from practical experience.
-An existing network of local contractors and suppliers will be a significant plus.
-Good comand of French and English are a must. Russian and/or Italian will be an advantage.
-Honest, punctual, reliable.
-Proactive, persuasive, goal driven, problem-solving attitude.

CONDITIONS:
-Variable 10%-30% workload
-Flexible hours, no need to regularly be at the premises, but with good availability in case of emergency
-Alternatively, we can discuss task-based engagement/remuneration
- Remuneration up to 36 000 per annum

BACKGROUND:
A house of approx. 700m2 with a garden and swimming pool. Construction finished in 2017, well maintained.
The house is used by the owner for several months a year, not rented out.
Two employees permanently live on the premises taking care of household jobs and minor maintenance.
The family office of the client will assist with payments, record keeping and other administrative tasks.
