Responsibilities:

• contact with client and keeping international business relationships in foreign languages
• answering and solving questions about the calculation of payments, withdrawals and other related
• everyday work with Excel
• entering data into the system
• registration and implementation into the client's system
• taking care of a high quality of service

Requirements:

• knowledge of German or French at C1 level
• knowledge of English at C1 level
• knowledge of MS Office package, including MsExcel
• highly developed communication skills and interpersonal skills
• experience in customer service will be an asset
