Responsibilities:
- contact with client and keeping international business relationships in foreign languages
- answering and solving questions about the calculation of payments, withdrawals and other related
- everyday work with Excel
- entering data into the system
- registration and implementation into the client's system
- taking care of a high quality of service
Requirements:
- knowledge of German or French at C1 level
- knowledge of English at C1 level
- knowledge of MS Office package, including MsExcel
- highly developed communication skills and interpersonal skills
- experience in customer service will be an asset
