A globally-minded and network-driven international holding is looking for a talented and skilled IT Support Engineer for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks.
Requirements:
– 1-3 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role
– Solid experience with administrations of SaaS infrastructure services, such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Miro, Notion
– Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
– Experiences in managing end-user operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
– Experience with network administration and setup (Rukus, Cisco, Mikrotik, Juniper)
– Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), CCNA, MTCNA
– Experience in the management of access control systems and video surveillance
– Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM, LXC)
– Basic understanding of programming or scripting languages (bash, PowerShell, python).
– Knowledge of VoIP systems and telecommunication setups.
- Knowledge of corporate security best practices and compliance standards (NIST)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– English - B2, Ukrainian - C1 or Native
It would be a plus to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
