Transaction banking manager

Transaction Banking Duties & Responsibilities

Review client accounts in detail and compile dossier for re-pricing

Briefing Regional and Sales Managers on the programme and managing client communications

Ensuring audit trail is maintained and key meeting write-ups are reviewed

Ensuring the progress meets the planned delivery targets and maximising project execution

Providing the relevant information and inputs into PMO

Analyze and mitigate treasury operational risk, ensure implementation of cash management strategies and controllership

Support periodic business treasury reviews and explore opportunities to reduce cost, improve processes and strengthen controllership

Coordinate access to and oversight of Treasury bank account & cash management workstations, select bank proprietary system administration support

Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, local businesses and others to ensure compliance with country-specific regulations on bank documentation, Know Your Customer, FX transactions, and affiliate lending

Develop new processes and implement tools required for effective service delivery to businesses

Desired experience for transaction banking includes:

Coordinate operationalizing Treasury policies, education and training

Manage/support strategic cash management projects, including monitoring and improving banking services

Drive efficiency through standardization and automation

In addition, the right candidate will show excellent skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret data, using Excel

The candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office(Outlook, Word, Excel, ), prior experience preparing marketing materials and banking proposals, and an ability to work independently to accomplish tasks
